Vacancy: Trainee Pallet Sales Executive

Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri

Salary: Dependent on experience

Responsible to: Sales Manager

The role of the Sales Executive is to develop new and existing opportunities via inbound and outbound telesales activity, This is accomplished through the use of outbound calls in order to build relationships with potential customers, securing their interest and closing deals to produce revenue and profit.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and closing sales with new and existing customers

• Taking responsibility for determining and satisfying the needs of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction as the basis for further business

• Producing revenue and profit in line with company and individual targets

• Encouraging clients to visit our warehouse and use the website

• The ideal candidate will be a results driven individual with excellent communication skills seeking the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Experience in or knowledge of sales would be a distinct advantage .

Vacancy: Pallet Builder Operator

Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri

Salary: Dependent on experience

Responsible to: Warehouse Manager

The role of the Pallet Builder operator is to ensure that all customer returns are processed in a quick and efficient manner, taking the appropriate action and dealing with stock with the correct approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Using our bespoke computer software Pallet Builder to manifest customer returned stock onto pallets
• Ensure problem RMAs are dealt with and processed quickly and efficiently
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
• Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role
